A search giant Google accidentally sent its Internet traffic to operators in China, Russia and Nigeria due to a malfunction.

The traffic was transferred to the Russian operator TransTelekom, Chinese Telecom Corp. and MainOne in Nigeria. China blocking much of the western Internet, the sites were unavailable for a short time.
It is still unclear how many users were unable to access the websites. The research giant has opened an internal investigation into the cause and suspects an external part of the problem.
