Intermediate rankings on men's cyclo-cross field

Now that the road season is coming to an end and cyclo-cross is more and more in the foreground, WielerFlits regroups positions in the three main cross-country categories every week: the World Cup, the Superprestige and the DVV Verzekeringen Trophy. In men, Toon Aerts has an excellent start to the season and Mathieu van der Poel is not unbeatable. The Belgian won both crosses on American soil and was also on the podium in Bern. At the first World Cup cross where Van der Poel was present, the European champion also won. The scene was the same as for the Casting SP cross: Van der Poel, Van Aert, Aerts. Superprestige
After three races, the Superprestige has only one winner: Mathieu van der Poel. In the Gieten SP cross he settled with world champions Van Aert and Aerts. In Boom, it is Aerts and Gianni Vermeersch that he mentioned for the other places on the podium. Van Aert crossed the Boom Cross. At Ruddervoorde, we found the same podium as Gieten: Van der Poel for the Belgians Van Aert and Aerts. DVV Insurance Trophy
During the first round of the DVV Insurance Trophy, it became clear that Mathieu van der Poel could also be defeated. What is called, MVDP became 21st in more than four minutes.
