The supplier XS4ALL reports that it has been down for 2.30 hours. At XS4ALL, 35,000 customers are affected by the outage, while 9,000 T-Mobile customers do not have an Internet connection.
The malfunction results from problems with KPN's ADSL network, which also makes its network available to other providers. A spokesman for KPN said that a job is underway to solve the problem with the highest priority. We do not know yet how many people suffer from these problems.

It is not known if the malfunction is related to the change from summer time to the winter time, the clock being reset at 2:00 to 3:00. The automatic reset of the clock causes computer problems almost every year because many devices use their system time as a reference. When the clock is changed, the systems get confused regularly.
