Judge: 50Plus is allowed to disconnect from the scientific office

The central management of 50Plus was allowed to close the links with the party's scientific bureau. The court in The Hague has determined this. The scientific office concluded that the dismissal was illegal and therefore initiated proceedings against the jury, but the judge did not accept the objections. The current office is talking about a direct attack on the independence of the institute, both in terms of content and financially. According to the office, party leadership wants a docile think tank. The justification of the judge is not yet known, it will come later.

Central management wants to get rid of part of the board members because the cooperation is bad. According to the invitation to the meeting, the central management no longer fulfills its main role.
