Sporting Lisbon named Marcel Keizer as coach Thursday night. The former coach of Ajax signed a contract with the Portuguese club until mid-2021.
Al-Jazeera, the former Keizer club, announced earlier Thursday that North Hollander, 49, had left and was in Sporting at any time. Lisbon could start drawing.

The Emperor's contract with Sporting Lisbon is officially concluded as of 12 November. That means he will not be on the bench Sunday, when his new team will face GD Chaves, a little-evolved player.
