The death of American rapper Mac Miller is caused by a combination of cocaine and fentanyl, a heavy-weight painkiller. Miller died in September at the age of 26.
According to the coroner, Miller had not only consumed cocaine and fentanyl, but also alcohol, TMZ on Monday. His death is classified as "unintentional overdose".
Miller was found on September 7th at his home in San Fernando Valley, California. At that moment he was already dead.
The rapper has long had problems with alcohol and drugs. The problems would have worsened after he saw his relationship with singer Ariana Grande in May.
