Several Dutch ADSL Internet service providers, such as T-Mobile, XS4ALL and KPN, have been experiencing a failure since the night of Saturday to Sunday.

It is not known if the disturbance relates to the transition from summer time to the winter time, when the clock was reset at 2:00 to 3:00. The automatic reset of the clock causes computer problems almost every year because many devices use their system time as a reference. When shifting the clock, the systems are regularly disturbed.
