McLaren put a name on his new upcoming member of the Ultimate Series: Speedtail.
McLaren is working behind the scenes on a brand new extremist, in his own words, a "hyper-GT" that has left the place left by the P1 and its derivative GTR after they leave the Ultimate Series. The newcomer called BP23, but he was given a real name: Speedtail.
With this model name, McLaren wants to emphasize, among other things, that the Speedtail should be able to reach a higher speed than McLaren. Previously, we had already presented a teaser that showed that the car could reach a speed of 391 km / h.
The Speedtail becomes a three-seater where the driver sits in the middle of the car, just like F1. McLaren promises that the Speedtail will be unveiled this year. There are 106 copies available, copies that have all been forgiven. The starting price is up, do not swallow, 1.8 million euros HT
The car is driven by a hybrid petrol powertrain which McLaren gives no detail.
