Milan Kundera could regain Czech citizenship

Kundera, 89, emigrated to France in 1975. The writer left his native country because of the communist regime that reigned there, subject on which he wrote many critics. The Czech Prime Minister was in Paris on the occasion of the commemoration of the First World War, which ended a hundred years ago. "He deserves to regain his citizenship," Babis told AFP, before admitting that he did not know "the procedure".
