New Nikon camera with 125x optical zoom

[ad_1]

In 2015, Nikon wrote the zoom with the biggest reach to his name, with the P900. YouTube is full of videos that show how far the camera can zoom with an 83x optical zoom. Successor P1000 makes it even brighter with the 125x optical zoom. Nikon claims that the camera currently has the largest zoom range in the world.

The camera has a 1 / 2.3-inch format image sensor. Converting to full-frame format, the P1000 has a zoom range of 24-3000 millimeters. Such a huge zoom is particularly useful for photographers who want to photograph objects from afar, such as wild animals or the moon.

Birdspotters

The P1000 has special menus for bird watchers and photographers who want to capture the moon. The camera takes pictures of 16 megapixels with up to 7 frames per second and can make 4K videos at 30 fps. The lens is not interchangeable and the viewfinder is an OLED screen. No SLR, even though the P1000 has the size and weight of a DSLR: 1.4 kilos

The P1000 comes in September for $ 999. The Dutch price is not yet officially known.
