Koolmees notes in discussions with the European Commission that these measures could constitute a violation of EU law. The modalities for regulating the freedom of establishment and the freedom to provide services of low-income self-employed workers under the new law would not be in line with European law.

The minister writes to work on alternatives. He thinks that these alternatives are approved by the European Commission. An explanation will be given to these new projects for the summer of 2019.
