Employers told him that tattoos should be covered during labor. " It does not work. After months of research, Sophie has found a job in the hospitality industry. "My current employer has no problem with that, but it has taken a long time."

"We are doing this for people who have made mistakes in the past, but who really want to work," says Andy.

Politics of discouragement
