HMD Global tells Techzine to bring the Nokia 3.1 to the Netherlands on July 18th. The budget phone appears earlier than expected. During the announcement, the company was still planning an outing in August. The company directly communicates a suggested retail price of € 149.

At the announcement, the company said that versions with different amounts of memory would appear: 2GB or 3GB of memory and 16GB or 32GB of storage. Now, HMD only talks about a model with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage capacity. There is no possibility to develop with microSD cards.
