A small house in Almere Poort was sold for 141,200 euros. It is a 26 square meter house on the Nymphenplein. The buyer of the small house can not live there yet. After all, 30,000 euros must be rebuilt. It is a detached house on 90 square meters of land.

In Almere Poort, several tiny houses are now together. The houses built there are the result of a competition organized by the municipality last year. In the past month, two houses have been added and there will be a third mini-house before the end of the year. The municipality closes the project Thursday afternoon.
