A user of XDA Developers has posted photos that may display a white version of the Pixel 3 XL, which Google has not announced yet. It would be an early model for engineering.
XDA Developers notes that the bootloader seen on one of the photos reports cross EVT1.0, where hatching is the code name for the new device and the abbreviation means technical validation test . Previously published photos of a black version with the same list on XDA Developers. The site suspects that Google has since moved on to the next phase, called the Design Validation Test where models are being prepared for mass production. As a result, it is possible that the final design deviates.
In addition, it can be seen that the device has 4GB of RAM in combination with 64GB of storage. The black model previously shown had 128 GB of storage and the same memory capacity. According to the person from whom the photos come, a person who calls himself a guru, the back of the white device is entirely made of glass, whose top is shiny and the underside is matte. However, he could not confirm that the device is rechargeable wirelessly, which is possible thanks to the rear window.
The appearance of the device corresponds to renderings already appeared online. The notch can thus be seen on the screen just like the camera configuration and the position of the fingerprint scanner. The large model of Pixel cameras now shown can have a 6.2 "screen with a 19: 9 aspect ratio, while the smaller model would have a 5.4" screen with an aspect ratio of 18: 9. Google is very likely to present devices this fall.
