Ryanair considers that KLM disproportionately benefits from the limitation of the number of slots. This cap protects KLM's strong position at the airport, says Ryanair. As a result, other airlines can not increase the number of flights.
Ryanair has been operating at the airport since 2015. The airline operates 33 flights a week between Schiphol and two destinations only. The Irish regularly ask for an increase in this number, but because of the growth limit, this will not be possible in the years to come.

This is not the first time that an airline is calling for ACM. TUI, easyJet and Corendon also complained about KLM's dominant position in Schiphol.
