Samsung Gear S3 and Gear Sport are now available in special edition

The Samsung Gear S3 and Gear Sport are now available in special edition. The special issues of Gear S3 and Gear Sport mark the first collaboration between Samsung and the PDA group, the watch and jewelry distributor of well-known brands such as Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and Esprit. Special editions are available from jewelers, Bijenkorf and five online watch specialists. The new editions have a "classic" aspect compared to regular editions. They have a stainless steel bracelet.

According to Ed Roos, product and accessories manager for Samsung Netherlands, "the special editions of the Gear S3 and Gear Sport bring the classic watches closer to the smartwatch." Via GPS, for example, you follow your route on foot or by bike, while listening to Spotify. But you also have other applications at your fingertips, from KLM, 9292 and Parkmobile to Buienradar, De Telegraaf and Nu.nl. With the waterproof design (5 ATM), it is also possible to use the Gear Sport for swimming and other water sports.

Special editions of the Gear S3 Frontier and Gear S3 Classic are available at a suggested retail price of € 399, -. The Gear Sport is available for € 369, -. The watches come in a festive gift box and are provided with a steel bracelet, while a rubber or leather bracelet is provided separately
