The Hague Tribunal declares that the Health Inspectorate acted unlawfully when, years ago, "without reservation", there was a direct link between the "failings" of cardiologists and serious harm suffered by patients. According to the court, only the argument that specialists took irresponsible risks because of these deficiencies was justified

. The court also explained in part that doctors were no longer allowed to provide care at that time.

Cardiologists are not as wise as they hoped. The allowance granted corresponds to less than 10% of the damages claimed. They reach respectively 133,000, more than 122,000 and 88,000 euros.
