It's been almost a week since the Thai footballers and their coach were rescued from an underground complex. The boys were taken to Chang Rai Hospital and some football players told their families what they endured in the cave.

The aunt of one of the boys told the Sun that the coach was trying to find a way out, but that he could not find her anywhere. The boys had to stay close to each other to keep him warm. The team drank water that was drained on the walls
Hole dug
The footballers also tried to dig a path with stones. They managed to make a hole in the wall three meters deep, but they were too weak to continue digging. The brave 25-year-old coach taught his younger team members through meditation to save energy. Finally, the boys were rescued by 19 rescuers. The boys now know that one of the divers died in their rescue operation. They commemorated the diver Saman Kunan at the hospital

Looking forward to eating
If all goes well, footballers will be able to leave the hospital on Thursday 19 July. Until then, they have to strengthen themselves and they are prepared with their families for the tremendous attention that awaits them outside. The boys are particularly eager for their favorite food. Adul, 14, is particularly interested in his favorite snacks of the KFC World Cup
The boys also want to see the final of the World Cup. But the match between France and Croatia is broadcast in Thailand from 22 hours and it's too late for the boy. The hospital staff will resume the competition so that the boys can look further.
Footballers must get up until then. They and their family members are also prepared for the tremendous attention that awaits them on the outside. The weeks of imprisonment in the cave were news from the world and were closely followed by a small army of journalists.
