The bike lock that blocks the Internet is still on the market this year

Already more than a year ago, KPN, together with Veilig Verkeer Nederland and manufacturer AXA, presented the Safe Lock. This bike lock is connected to an application on the smartphone and blocks calls, SMS and Internet traffic on a phone when the bike is removed from the lock.

It was the intention to lock it at the end of 2017 market, but the project suffered considerable delays. KPN signals to Telecompaper that the lock is still under development and that it will be released later this year. The price is not yet known.
