The current Suzuki Vitara is now almost four years old. It's time to do a facelift!
It is at the end of 2014 that Suzuki presents the current generation of Vitara, the production version of the iV-4 Concept. The Vitara has been present on the Dutch market since the beginning of the year 2015 and Suzuki hopes to draw attention to the model by performing a facelift.
Previous spy photos clearly show that the Vitara is not attacked too harshly. . On the front we see a brand new front bumper with more chrome and more pronounced lines around the fog lights. In addition, the big "muil" of the car is of different shape. The grille is now equipped with vertical and chrome bars. Previously, Suzuki presented on the Vitara S a grid with vertical bars, although they are connected downstairs. With the new grille, the muzzle of Vitara looks a little more like that of the S-Cross already updated. At the back, we see again classified traffic lights.
As we already suspected, the Vitara became acquainted with the 1.0-liter Boosterjet engine, a 111-hp block that replaces the high atmospheric pressure of 120 hp. The Allgrip reader is available as an option. The 140 hp 1.4 Boosterjet, the Vitara S. model, remains available
Of course, Suzuki offers new colors. He further points out that the interior is now finished finer. The top of the dashboard is now covered with softer plastic. The Vitara also benefits from a new dashboard with a color display between the bells
