BIDDINGHUIZEN – Walibi Holland announced the name of the new roller coaster at the end of the year. The hybrid roller coaster, which will open on July 1, will be called "Untamed".

Last spring, it was announced that Walibi would convert the Robin Hood roller coaster into a hybrid roller coaster. This is done in collaboration with the American company Rocky Mountain Constructions (RMC).

In September, the RMC began with the first preparations for the construction of the new roller coaster. On the last night of this season, during the Halloween Fright Night, the wooden Robin Hood received a farewell party under the theme "Wood and New." After a few visitors made a final round, director Mascha van Till revealed the new name

. Wild and rough

The name Untamed refers to untamed, wild and rough. "These are exactly the words that describe the new ride: a super fun and unprecedented roller coaster," says Van Till, "A unique job that we are excited to see in Walibi Holland." I'm already looking forward to a tour next July! "

Wabibi will open in the next season starting April 6th. The roller coaster fans will then have to wait nearly three months for the new attraction. Walibi does not yet announce exactly what the new roller coaster will look like. This will be revealed little by little in the coming weeks.
