New products and, hopefully, one or two surprises. The past event was a complete mockery.
This year, Apple fans will appreciate not one, but two major Apple events filled with new products. At least, if you want to name the latest iPhone X series new. Whatever the case may be, the upcoming event (October 30 in Brooklyn, New York) will likely feature many exciting new gadgets. You can all expect that.
iPad Pro
The main gem of the upcoming event will surely be the next iPad Pro. In fact, we previously wrote that there would probably be two iPads coming, namely an 11-inch version and a 12.9-inch version. Although the tablet market has been bleeding for a long time, a solid Apple design can easily reverse it. No notch, virtually no benefit and a whole set of high-end gadgets that we have seen so far in smartphones could break this trend in other words.
Still barely leaking new iPad Mini ad. If fans of a pretty little iPad are lucky, we expect at most a small reference to the device and certainly not an announcement.
MacBook Air
An affordable MacBook is also available. This may also be the case, as the current laptops are getting older. Yes, MacOS receives regular updates and the MacBook Pro series is updated regularly, but the Air section is rather neglected. The current edition contains a lot of material that in previous years was not at the cutting edge of technology.
This is a high-end MacBook Air with contemporary components, modern design, traditional Apple gadgets such as Touch ID and USB-C ports are welcome, at a reasonable price. Although the price is not yet known, Apple will have to offer a price that can withstand the good laptops more and more cheap other brands. In other words, 1,000 euros will already be high!
AirPower Charging Slider
The idea was simple: a charging station on which you could wirelessly charge all your famous Apple gadgets. The way you could put your iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPod on, by cons, was plagued with production problems. On the other hand, it seems that the gadget is still coming. Until then, we have to do it with third party mats, which have already deciphered the code. But, you write in the comments, they are not as fast and solid as those of Apple.
It is now possible for Apple to announce the fix in two days, or at least provide us with an update of the development. After the initial unveiling in September 2017, we did not hear about it anymore. All information subsequently came from anonymous insiders, analysts and spies. Apple has even seemed deliberately secretive of technology by avoiding as much attention as possible to wireless charging.
AirPods 2
We conclude with the Apple Wireless Earpiece. On the other hand, this last entry is certainly anything but relevant to the upcoming event. Apple has sometimes suggested that new ears would solve many of today's problems. The fact that an AirPod will soon be available noiselessly, water resistant, rechargeable wireless and with extensive support from Siri is unlikely. But hey, it is reported, it would still have predicted, if that was the case.
