Neverland Ranch has a new name, much cheaper

(Newser)

Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch hit the market in 2015 for $ 100 million, and all the millionaires tempted at that time will be happy to be able to hold on. The 2,700-acre ranch in Los Olivos, California, has just been put up for sale for $ 31 million, reports the Wall Street newspaper. The property has also been renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch, although CBS News notes that it still retains its famous floral clock spelling "Neverland". Listing agents say "it's the right time" for the new campaign, and a Jackson estate lawyer said it had nothing to do with HBO's decision to broadcast a documentary this week -end staging two men who say that the pop icon has assaulted them in their childhood. (Jackson's estate sues HBO on the movie.)
