New Batman game teaser apparently confirms two faces

Another set of teasers for Warner Bros. and WB Montreal’s new Batman game released on Wednesday that apparently confirmed the involvement of the infamous Batman Two-Face villain. The teasers were shared the same way as the ones before them and involved entering a code to see what the game’s website was hiding this time around. The result is another part of the game map with text on it that involves Two-Face in any type of game teased.

If you enter the code “941” in the box presented when you visit the r3dakt3d site, you will unlock the second teaser below. It provides another look at what can only be assumed too far away as another part of the in-game map, although of course we haven’t heard any official word on where this map refers.

What’s most interesting about the teaser, however, is what is displayed on the actual site before uploading the image. An animated graphic appears, showing a fragmented view of the same card with the words “Face Two Face” on it. The orientation of the words is odd, but it’s hard to imagine that it means anything other than Two-Face’s involvement.

Of course, this itself was leaked before it was revealed via the website. People have searched the teaser site to try and find out what will be revealed in the future and have already discovered the phrase displayed in the image here. This has led to speculation that Two-Face will be involved in some capacity, and while we still haven’t 100% confirmed that yet, it seems to be as close as we’ll get there.

On Twitter, a separate teaser was shared along with another cryptic post and image. Attached to the teaser was a message awaiting resolution that read “The truth has been scrambled” once it is deciphered. A scrambled image when pieced together revealed the code to be entered on the site to unlock the two-sided clue. This image shared on Twitter appeared to tease the Court of Owls again.

This new project is slated to make an appearance at the DC FanDome event later this weekend, so hopefully we have more answers then. The teasers will continue until then, so expect to see more secrets uncovered.

Disclosure: ComicBook is owned by CBS Interactive, a division of ViacomCBS.
