With Destiny 2: Guarding shadows this fall, Bungie will bring players back to the original destinyThe moon to face old enemies. Bungie was discreet about the story, but the studio revealed a new cutscene at Monday's GamesCom Opening Night Live.
The cutscene shows the Vex – temporal robots with a singular hive spirit – preparing for a new war. While Eris Morn finds old monsters to face on the Moon, the Vex are organizing a powerful assault to protect the Black Garden.
The new trailer gives a brief overview of the creation of the Vex and the signature of its "Vex Milk" logo. A key account of Warlock Vanguard, Ikora Rey, clearly indicates that the Vex are strengthening their forces for a war against the Guardians. All this is separate from Destiny 2: Keep shadows as part of the season of the eternal.
Bungie will release destiny 2: Keep shadows and New light for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One on October 1 st. The Google Stadia version of Destiny 2 will come later this year. Season of the Undying will also arrive Shadow guard occupy the players until season 9.
