New faces of Pride watches available in watchOS 5.2.1

The updated watchOS 5.2.1 released today includes several Pride watch faces in rainbow colors that are new to the Apple Watch face gallery.

There is a new digital pride 2019 Apple Watch the face, which, like the 2018 pride watch, features rainbow stripes that move when you tap or when your wrist is raised. Instead of six rainbow lines spaced with black behind them, the new dial features rainbow stripes that occupy the entire dial in eight colors.

Apple has also added two new Pride analog faces, one square and one round, both with analog hands. The new analog dials change color every time the wrist is lifted and move like the rainbow striped face. Each of the new faces of the watch supports a limited number of complications.

For several years, Apple has made its debut with a new pride Apple Watch WWDC, and the company is likely to present a new rainbow design this year, which could feature solid bands like the watch face.

Apple participates every year in the San Francisco Pride Parade to support the LGBTQ community. Apple employees parade through the parade, Apple creates dedicated t-shirts and organizes other celebrations throughout the month of June.
