New Fallout game might have been leaked on Amazon

The rumor has sparked off over the weekend thanks to the brief appearance of an untitled list of Bethesda on Amazon.

Spotted and screencapped by the always brilliant Wario64 on Twitter, the publisher's name was attached to the now-deleted placeholders; they were rated as outgoing on PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One for $ 60.

There is also a video that was attached to the list and which counted down to the old school.

Interesting.

Obviously, that does not give too much, except perhaps December 31, 2019 which means "at some point this year".

However, there is a lot of speculation going on that we think is worth exploring.

Rumor has it that Bethesda plans to release a remastered version of Fallout 3 and or Fallout: New Vegas. It makes sense considering their love to re-release The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrimplus, it's a way to get some brand loyalty back after all Fallout 76 breakup, and it is easy money for them too.

A cynical gesture if this is true, but we can not deny that we like a good remaster. Both games could really do both a graphic upgrade and a bug fix, and if there were also future Switch and VR releases, it would be fun new ways to experiment with classic games.

With Call of Duty Modern War 2 and Modern War 3 supposedly have the re-release processing improved also this year, it seems that 2019 will be the year to claim that it is the sixth generation of console again.
