There are several ways to get DIY recipes in Animal Crossing. First, shoot down the balloons that are hovering over your island’s beach. Second, DIY recipes can be found in bottles found on the ground. Finally, visiting characters can reward players for completing the event they are associated with.
Interestingly, there are some inaccessible DIY recipes in Animal Crossing that players only come across naturally.
At first glance, Nintendo has restricted the DIY recipes players can learn from Treasure Islands in Animal Crossing.

Nintendo never really liked players harboring Treasure Islands, and using them is technically against their rules.

However, all other recipes in the game are tradable. Nintendo cracked down on modding, which had been on the cards for a very long time.

Will Nintendo add more items before Halloween? Adding three elements to the game for an event that is a fan favorite seems rather unusual.
