After weeks of confusion, leaks and feverish hype, the new map of the Ural Mountains war zone has been leaked online.
Warzone is on the verge of getting a new map, which would be happening this month. But despite all the hype and theories, we still don’t have an official announcement from Activision.
That could all be about to change, however, as Warzone’s new Ural Mountains map has now been leaked in full. Thanks to a new screenshot going around social media, we now know exactly what the new Warzone map will look like.
It’s worth pointing out that it looks like it’s probably not the new Warzone map that will arrive later this month. While the Leaks think this map is still in the works, a trailer leak indicates that we’ll be heading to a new 1980s-themed version of Verdansk in Warzone first.
Warzone: Ural Mountains Map Leak
Finally, Warzone fans get a glimpse of the much-publicized Urals mountain map, thanks to a major new leak.
We imagine Activision will quickly upload this image, especially if it is legitimate. This appears to be the same map we’ve been hearing about for months, made up of many Fireteam: Dirty Bomb merged maps.
In the picture we can see some of the main POIs of the Ural Mountains map including chemical laboratories, weather station, ski slopes, zoo, Ruka, battery, sanatorium, Golova, Duga , mines, etc.
Incidentally, some of the POIs on the Verdansk map from Warzone 80 also leak early!
We actually have our first in-game screenshot of the Warzone Ural Mountains map here!

Based on past leaks, the Warzone map above will feature more players, more POIs than ever, and more! We’re definitely ready to hear more about what’s to come for Activision’s biggest project.
Apparently, this image may not be representative of our final product either. After all, the image would be almost a year old at this point.
We also have a new Warzone Rebirth Island night map on the way, if leaks are to be believed. It is definitely an exciting time to be a Battle Royale fan!
And the game definitely needs a boost that a new map could offer. After all, Warzone Season 2 Reloaded was the worst update since the title launched last year.
