The film stars the rapper Kelly machine gun like Tommy Lee, Iwan Rheon (aka Ramsay Bolton in Game of thrones) like Mick Mars, Daniel Webber (The punisher) as Vince Neil, and Douglas Booth (Pride & Prejudice & Zombies), and follows the Crüe from their beginnings until the mid-80s, their celebrity and their excess of metallic hair, until the autumn and return towers. It seems to touch all the ups and downs of Behind the Music – addiction, Vince's almost deadly car accident, etc. – and also features David Constable (Scabies on breaking Bad) as their director Doc McGhee.
