Microsoft released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18965 (20H1) for fast ring testers, offering two minor improvements.
Here is what is new.
More control over restarting applications when the operating system is restarted. Based on feedback received, Microsoft allows users to better control the restart of applications when restarting Windows. Now, this feature is disabled by default. And if you want to enable it, you can do it in Settings> Accounts> Connection Options> Restart Applications.
Improvements to the comment hub. The comment center now makes a clear distinction between problems and suggestions. It uses updated iconography and postings to add similar comments to issues, offer additional votes, and add comments to comments. There is also a crucial feature, Add Similar Comments, where you can now select a problem and add similar comments rather than create a new message. Finally, the Windows Insider Achievements page has been updated and made easier to discover.
That's about all the new features, apart from several changes, improvements and general fixes. But some insiders will also see a new download option in the cloud under Reset this PC in Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE), accessed by going to Settings> Update & Security> Recovery> Advanced Startup> Restart Now. This feature is not ready yet, but it will arrive soon.
