The Seattle Mariners and the New York Yankees will compete on the MLB diamond to start their series on Monday.
The Mariners have just finished against the Indians this weekend. Seattle lost the first two games in the 2-1, 5-4 set, but on Sunday the Mariners prevented the ball from being swept by a dominant 10-0 win.

Hernandez had some tough starts this year and some good ones too; it's really a mixed bag. In his last appearance against the Cubs, Hernandez recorded 6.0 innings, with eight hits and four deserved.
As far as Sabathia is concerned, it's hard to know what you're getting from him these days, aside from the fact that he usually does not spend the last five innings. That said, Sabathia has been decent this year and has started very well. I like that CC continues on this momentum and helps Yanks to win.
