Weather: Floods shut down roads in Auckland

Aucklanders are facing a rainy day and high winds.

Tāmaki The walk to Auckland was predicted to be one of the most threatened areas by the floods today.

Maraetai and the North Highway between Esmonde and Onewa roads are also likely to be affected.

NZTA warned that debris is expected on several major roads in the South Island next week between high seas.
