Pleasant Point Hotel will not be put into liquidation after the withdrawal of a request from the Ministry of Internal Revenue.

Inland Revenue filed Pleasant Point Hotel Ltd Ltd., owner of the only hotel in Pleasant Point, 19 km from Timaru, went into liquidation on March 15, 2018.
The hearing was adjourned from May 28 to Monday, when the Craig O'Connor's lawyer Connor, representing Inland Revenue, told the court that there were no outstanding issues with the costs.
