The new EntX building at the corner of Colombo and Lichfield streets is for sale.
It's only been open for a few weeks and now it's for sale.
The new EntX venue complex in downtown Christchurch has been marketed by its owners, developer Calder Stewart.
The $ 50 million entertainment complex opened in late September.
Tenant Hoyts occupies 40% of the building with its multiplex of seven movie theaters in the two upper floors. On the ground floor you will find 19 hotel rentals occupied by companies such as Cleaver & Co, Joe's Garage and Nandos.

The property is located on a half-hectare lot on Colombo Street between Lichfield and Tuam Streets. It is on sale with a deadline of December 13th.
Hamish Doig, general manager of Colliers Real Estate Company, who manages the sale, said that as Calder Stewart was a real estate developer rather than a real estate investor, he wanted to sell and reinvest the capital in new projects.
Philip Cooper, of Colliers, said the property would likely attract the interest of domestic and international investors, given its size.
"National and international investors are very interested in Christchurch and we hope that EntX will attract considerable attention," he said.
Calder Stewart also sells the former police station located near St. Asaph Street. The company specifically built this temporary police station after their former central police station was damaged. Police are now housed in the city's new headquarters of justice and emergency services.
