City News Service Tuesday reports that men are accused of conspiracy and many other charges, including burglary and theft at home.
Police announced four arrests during a press conference in October, during which recovered objects, including purses, jewelery and cell phones, were found.

Three of these four people were released pending a new investigation. Two of them have been arrested again and are among the accused.
Investigators found a list of additional targets including Lebron James and Matt Damon.
Officials said the victims were chosen when their publications and social media schedules indicated that they would be away from home.
