The 28-year-old woman appeared in court for the murder of 17-year-old Demetrius Pairama in Māngere, South Auckland
. Pairama's body was found in an empty house on Buckland Rd on Sunday, July 8th.
The accused appeared in Manukau District Court Monday before Justice Tony Couch.
His lawyer Matthew Goodwin asked that the repression of the woman's name continue.
Judge Couch first stated that he was not convinced that the removal should be allowed, but that he subsequently granted interim repression.
The case was transferred to the High Court by Judge Couch.

Demetrius Pairama, 17, was found dead in a vacant property south of Auckland (19659014). continued to investigate what had happened and said that they had not ruled out the possibility of further arrests.
"Our thoughts remain with the Demetrius whānau who mourns the loss of a beloved family member."
On Monday, one of Pairama's aunts said that she was happy that justice was done, but said nothing could compensate for losing a loved one.
She said that she did not know any family attending the appearance, since they were all en route to Kaikohe for the funeral.
"We will bury her tomorrow in Kaikohe, she has too many friends and family to come, more than 100."
Pairama's grandfather said last week that the family was shocked by his death. paid tribute to the "happy-go-lucky" teen.
The next appearance of the woman will be held August 8 at the Auckland High Court.
