Fantasy soccer – Raheem Sterling or Eden Hazard on the Premier League Fantasy Transfer market?

[ad_1]

The Premier League is back in force this weekend. The match between Chelsea and Manchester United begins, with seven more games to follow on Saturday and Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham, all in action.

Here are my choices for Matchweek 9:

Level 1 before

Choose your team of eight players and compete in the Champions League, Premier League, La Liga or La Liga MX, and face your friends or opponents from around the world. Free registration!

Add: Sergio Aguero (Manchester City)

He was not with the Argentinian team at the international break, so Aguero should be well rested and eager to improve on a poor performance in the scoreless draw with Liverpool in his last match. Aguero had scored a goal and scored at least six shots in Manchester City's last three games, including his last Champions League match. And he will play at home against Burnley, who conceded 12 goals in eight games.

To avoid: Romelu Lukaku (Manchester United)

Lukaku scored both goals in the League's 2-1 win over Belgium against Switzerland during the break, but he did not score five times in a row for Manchester United, including at his first two games of the Champions League. He took no chances in his 3-2 win over Newcastle on the eighth day of the week. He will now play Chelsea, a team that usually dominates possession of the ball and conceded only five goals in eight games.

Level 2

Add: Aleksandar Mitrovic (Fulham)

He was held aimlessly in consecutive matches, but I still love Mitrovic's chances of playing Cardiff City, who conceded 17 goals in eight games. Mitrovic still managed three shots in the 5-1 defeat of Arsenal in the last defeat, and has managed at least three shots per game this season, except for one. He is second in the league with 34 shots, behind Aguero (38).

To avoid: Glenn Murray (Brighton)

He has five goals – tied for second place in the championship with Mitrovic, Aguero and Harry Kane. But, as I mentioned earlier this week, Murray has done almost nothing but score those goals. For example, he took only 13 shots, 21 less than Mitrovic. Murray could score another goal this week playing Newcastle? Of course, it is possible. But if he does not, he will probably get a very low score.

Level 1 midfielder

Add: Raheem Sterling (Manchester City)

The most difficult decision of the week, because Eden Hazard is the leader of the classification of goals (7) and points fantasy (179.8). But Sterling is third with fantastic points (120.1), should show confidence after his double against Spain earlier this week, and faces a weaker opponent than Hazard. Maybe I'm too confident in Manchester United's defense against Chelsea? We will see. I would not be surprised if both players have big days, but I like a little more the chances of Sterling.

To avoid: Sadio Mane (Liverpool)

On the surface, it is tempting, Liverpool playing Huddersfield Town this week. But Mane suffered a hand injury in international service and his status for the game remains to be determined. Whatever it is, Mane has not been in late form. He has gone aimlessly and helpless in six consecutive games, including the first two games of the Liverpool Champions League, and has not even managed a shot in the last two games.

Midfielder level 2

Add: Gylfi Sigurdsson (Everton)

He's hot, with three goals in the last two games and another goal two weeks ago. Sigurdsson has also made at least four throws in three of the last four games and has had at least four opportunities in three of the last four games. In fact, he is now leading the rankings with 23 opportunities created. It seems that Sigurdsson is finally installed in Everton, which will host the Crystal Palace on Sunday.

To avoid: Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal)

He had scored a goal and witnessed Arsenal's 5-1 win over Fulham on the eighth day, but here's the problem. Ramsey did not start, he only showed up in the 67th minute. It's already the second time that new manager Unai Emery has not started Ramsey and Arsenal has recently withdrawn a new contract offer. I do not trust Emery to start Ramsey, nor to give him a good start – Ramsey has only played the full 90 minutes twice this season.

Level 3 midfielder

Add: André Schurrle (Fulham)

He scored Fulham's only goal in this unhinged defeat against Arsenal. But what really made me stand out was that Schurrle had seven shots in the game. He also took 11 shots in a 4-2 win over Burnley earlier this season and is fourth in the league of the season with 29 shots. I would not be surprised if Schurrle takes more and scores another goal against Cardiff City.

To avoid: Johann Berg Gudmundsson (Burnley)

He earned a decisive pass in three consecutive games and scored a goal against Cardiff City in the Matchweek 7. Gudmundsson's player will play Manchester City this week, with a 69.4% possession until now this season – a peak in the league. Burnley will probably not have much of a ball on Saturday, limiting Gudmundsson's potential.

Level 1 Defender

Add: Benjamin Mendy (Manchester City)

After missing three league games due to injury, Mendy returned to Matchweek 8 against Liverpool and played the 90 minutes. He did little in the game, but again, nobody made the draw. However, Mendy earned four assists in all four of his pre-injury games and remains tied with the league leader in that category.

To avoid: Marcos Alonso (Chelsea)

I'm not saying that it's the worst choice of this level – not far. But it should be noted how Alonso remained silent on the offensive. He has neither goal nor help in four consecutive games and has only four shots. He has also created only two chances in the last three games and will face a tougher opponent than Mendy this week.

Level 2 Defender

Add: Matt Doherty (wolves)

The three center-backs – Steve Cook, Shkodran Mustafi and David Luiz – have more fantastic points than Doherty so far this season. But the shape of Doherty makes it difficult to pass. He scored the only goal of the 1-0 win at Crystal Palace in the last defeat and earned a decisive pass in two of the previous three matches. The Wolves are at home on Saturday against Watford, a team that has had three defeats and a draw in its last four league games, conceding nine goals in the process.

To avoid: Willy Boly (wolves)

He is just below the top 10 in fantasy points among defenders, and just behind his teammate mentioned above. But Boly is a central defender and you can not choose him instead of Doherty, given the number of people involved in Wolves' attack.

Goalkeeper

Add: Alisson (Liverpool)

He and Ederson of Manchester City are the leaders with five draws and both have conceded just three goals this season. Either or the other is a good choice this week. Alisson will play outside the home, but against a Huddersfield Town team that has scored four goals in eight league games, and is scoreless in four home games. Burnley, the opponent of Man City, has scored 10 goals in four games.

To avoid: David De Gea (Manchester United)

You can forget the fact that De Gea led the league with 18 white sheets last season. He has only one this season and has conceded 14 goals in eight games. It's certainly not his fault at all – the defenders deserve a lot of blame – but I have no confidence that De Gea is keeping Chelesa in a perfect position.

Captain

Aguero is second in the league in fantasy points with 131.6 and, as mentioned above, took the lead with 38 shots. He already has a hat trick this season and could have another huge home day against Burnley.
