Hamilton man shot was in bed with a partner

A man shot in a house in Hamilton during the night was in bed with his partner at the time.

Hamilton police said at a press conference Sunday afternoon that the suburbs of Melville were specifically targeted and that there was no risk to the general public .

Robert Nelson, 23, was identified as the one home at Matthews Crescent on Sunday.
