Ironman Terenzo Bozzone says he "is fine" after being hit by a truck earlier in the week.
Bozzone, 33, was hit by riding a bike in Kumeu, in the northwest of the city on Tuesday.He was rushed to Auckland City Hospital with serious injuries.
Friday, Bozzone posted on his Facebook, thanking the Kiwis for their love and support after the accident.

He wanted to let his fans know he was" fine, "he said.

On Wednesday, police said they identified a truck driver who they said hit Bozzone.
He was "helping with our investigations", and no charges were recorded as having been filed, said a police spokeswoman on Friday.
