Charles Leclerc clocked the fastest lap of the Formula 1 tire test in Abu Dhabi after his first day of racing with Ferrari.
Leclerc eclipsed his teammate Sebastian Vettel's performance at Day 1 shortly after noon on the Yas Marina circuit before going on to a time of 1: 36.450.
Red Bull Racing's Pierre Gasly finished second with a lap almost 1.5 seconds faster than Leclerc's best.
Lance Stroll ran all day for Force India and finished third, while Valtteri Bottas was fourth.
The driver of the Mercedes was the only man to record two full days of testing and was 1.6 times slower than the day of opening.
Carlos Sainz Jnr made 150 laps in McLaren, finishing fifth, just ahead of test driver Artem Markelov.
Nico Hulkenberg had driven for Renault the day before, while Daniel Ricciardo was not allowed to reduce the number of laps of his new team, since he is still under contract with Red Bull Racing.
Daniil Kvyat made his return to Scuderia Toro Rosso and completed a 155-lap day to finish eighth fastest.
All fast turns have been defined on hypersoft 2018 or the 2019 equivalent called "Compound 5" for the purpose of the exercise.
Trials resume in the new year.
