The man who shot the police near Morrinsville after being fugitive pleaded guilty to the High Court in Hamilton this morning.

Rollie Heke admitted a charge to the Hamilton High Court this morning using a firearm against police officers in August of the same year. 39, last year. Heke ran off and fired a military-style semi-automatic rifle on a patrol car after police officers arrested him in the town of Morrinsville, Waikato.
He was arrested on a property in Kaingaora Forest Township. he was charged with three counts of attempted murder.
These charges will be dropped when he will appear next month.
Heke was sentenced last September to the Wellington High Court and sentenced to five years in prison. five months for importation of methamphetamine and agreement for importation.
