A review of the 150 most urgent cases revealed "genuinely troubling" behavior by businesses and individuals, such as the four truck drivers suspended, Haszard said.
Twenty trucking companies are now on their revocation notices and could be closed. As the 20 companies had several trucks on the road, that was the priority, he said.

Others, however, will not be sorted until Christmas, he said.
