Singer Pete Doherty hospitalized after injury to the hedgehog

English singer Pete Doherty was hospitalized after being infected with a hedgehog spike.

He was trying to free the hedgehog from his dog's mouth and "had a small cut," he tweeted.

"Three days in a van with a carefree attitude to potentially infected indexes."

The co-leader of Les Libertines also thanked the staff who looked after him.

Despite the infection that arose at his hand, Doherty continued to joke about the situation by saying, "New infectious songs on the album."
