Update 10h58 – Police are looking for two people accused of locking up a school in Tauranga school.
A spokesman for the police said police reacted to a disorder at Aquinas College around 10 am
"The college has been placed in isolation for a short time, but it is no longer.
"The two people suspected of involvement have left the scene and the police are conducting investigations to locate them.
"No one would have been hurt during the incident."
The parents received the following email from director Matt Dalton at around 10:30 am:
"I am writing to inform you that at 9:50 am we have initiated a lockdown procedure.
"The cause of the blockage was two young female intruders who entered the college in a threatening manner.
"The lock took a total of 20 minutes.
"The police have been called and now control the situation.
"I can assure you that all students and staff are safe and have resumed their normal classes."

Reports report an incident at Aquinas College.
