The Dundee Crocodile Campaign Helps Boost Australian Tourism by $ 6 Billion

When Tourism Australia launched a $ 36 million Crocodile Dundee campaign, some wondered whether this would really attract more people to the country.

But tourism spending in Australia has climbed nearly $ 6 billion in the last 12 months, with national and international visitors spending a record $ 107 billion.

The increase in visitors from China, the United States and India helped to provide the record result.
