Two men in their mid-twenties were arrested after a "big fight" in a North Auckland rugby club over the weekend.
Police were called to the Hibiscus Coast Raiders rugby club on Brightside Rd in Whangaparaoa around 4:00 pm Saturday
Several people had to be hospitalized after the fight that took place during a match against the Mount Wellington team.
They received minor to moderate injuries, said a police spokesman.

In a post on Facebook, the rugby league club of the Hibiscus Coast Raiders declared that he made no public statement while the police were investigating.
"It is important that we support those who have received injuries right now, "said the post.
The first coach of the Hibiscus coast, Neil Duff, declared Stuff that he would not comment not before a meeting with Auckland Rugby League, to be held Monday night.
