Minecraft receives a big new update in the form of villages and pills. The update is live on PC and will be available on the consoles later this year.

Mojang calls Village & Pillage "Minecraft the most adventurous update to date. " The official trailer that they have revealed today certainly gives an epic look. See yourself below and make sure to soak up this awesome music:

The update adds a number of new features for Minecraft the players to appreciate. Mojang has completely reorganized his villages. They have new buildings and the villagers have different individual designs depending on their work. Players will also have the opportunity to help villagers with various construction opportunities.

The village part of the update is not only aesthetic. The developers have put in place a sophisticated trading system that offers players new methods of exchanging items. These updates from villagers should make the new towns worthy of defense when the other half of the update attacks.

Looters are another great addition to the game. These fucking do not make the world looking for trouble. They come equipped with the new crossbow object (which we'll be talking about in a moment) and can lead the monstrous Ravager to combat. They have also erected outposts throughout the Overworld. These evil colonies are surely filled with looters, so if you want revenge for their many attacks, keep an eye on them.

Players will also have the opportunity to manufacture the new crossbow weapon. This new item comes with different types of ammo and will be a major player in your war against looters. There are many other additions to come to Minecraft in this update. Tons of new blocks and new cute monsters like pandas and foxes. There really seems to be something for everyone and will bring new life to the game.
