The San Francisco 49ers might surprise us when their No. 2 picks come in April, but the faux-projects will continue to focus on Josh Allen and Quinnen Williams, with occasional help from Nick Bosa. We will continue to analyze the rough drafts of the first round, but for the moment, we are going to transmit it to a certain extent.
We are starting to see more preliminary projects at two, three and four rounds, so we can see what people think the 49ers could do as the project progresses on the second day. There are many drafts, but for now, there are six that include a second round pick for the 49ers.

The 49ers will land a big defensive option in 2nd place. They might surprise us and go in a different direction, but Bosa, Allen and Williams seem to be the best. That being said, this will not prevent the team from spending choice number 36 in the second round against another defensive player.
You can argue for all these players. It should be noted that Gardner-Johnson is more perceived as a backspace or a free security in the mold of Jimmie Ward, while Mullen seems more like an outside corner. Harmon brings a serious waist and strong hands to the outside. Wilson seems to be able to team up with Fred Warner at the second level of the defense. Finally, Jenkins is listed as a center but played the right guard during his college career. If he can project himself into a guard post, he could argue for a place in the interior.
Things are pretty big for the 49ers in the second round. Aside from all transactions, they are able to become the best player available. I do not see them coming back in the first round because of the limited number of choices, but it's a repechage with considerable talent from the middle of the first lap in the middle of the second round. There is value to find at a host of positions.
